Off to a bit of bumpy start with the order being slow but they then upgraded the order to Express delivery, which was much appreciated, with great communication. This really is a fantastic machine! You really can have fridge cold water and 95 degrees C a second later. It is very easy to set up and use, and given that it provides filtered water and hot water, it does not take up a great amount of space as you do not need a kettle. I love being able to make a cup of tea without having to empty, refill and then boil a kettle. It is so quick and effortless. I also make my own Kombucha where specific water temperature is required. This is so much easier than boiling a kettle with a thermometer and then having to wait for it to cool by a few degrees if you don't watch it carefully. Well done Waterdrop...for sheer brilliance!

Delicious water, but it makes a bit too much noise for me

It makes some noise every hour or so, which is audible by people in a Teams meeting. It's also leaking a small amount of water from somewhere. Even though, the water tastes delicious and I'll never drink anything other than RO water.
